Patagonia starts work on prime Kakaako lot

Work started this week at the site of the Universal Building on Ward Avenue in preparation for it's new owner's relocation. Purchased back in 2014 for $8.5 million from the Tsukamoto family, this 23,000 sf lot was formerly occupied by the Lightbulb Source, New Nigori Cocktail Lounge, OK TV & Appliance among others. With access from three major streets, Waimanu, Ward & Kawaihao, this prime piece of real estate in Kakaako will become the new home of Patagonia currently operating next to Wahoo's Fish Taco on the corner of Ward & Auahi.
